Our 2nd VISION Seasonal Lecture will be given by Dr. Joerg Jinschek from Center for Electron Microscopy and Analysis (CEMAS), The Ohio State University.
The title is “Atomic Scale In-Situ Electron Microscopy: Challenges and Opportunities”.
Dr. Joerg Jinschek will join DTU in the fall 2021 and contribute with an extensive experience in electron microscope from leading institutions, including Berkeley National Lab, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and currently The Ohio State University. He has worked at the frontier of aberration-corrected electron microscopy for 3D atomic resolution imaging and for dynamical observations related to catalysts, semiconductors, metals, and biological matter.
He will give an overview of some of his work over the last decade including a perspective on using advanced electron microscopy when answering technological challenges.
Join us on Tuesday June 22nd at 3.00-4.00 pm CET.
